We understand that unexpected dental expenses can sometimes strain finances. If this happens, please call (847) 328-8990 for our Evanston office, and (312) 332-6097 for our Chicago office. If you help us keep the lines of communication open, we can usually work out acceptable payment arrangements so there is no need to delay treatment. We accept CareCredit and participate in their 6-month deferred interest payment plan as well as the 2-5 year extended payment plans.
